Eleven beautiful illustrations by ten Magnet Reps artists were chosen by the recent
American Illustration jury to appear in American Illustration 26. Appearing in the
book (available November 2007) and website are Gordon Wiebe, Emiliano Ponzi, Graham Roumieu and Red Nose Studio. Appearing solely on the website are Julia Breckenreid, Nate Williams (2), Charles Wilkin, Joseph Daniel Fiedler, Alexander Blue and
Marguerite Sauvage. A great year for a talented group of artists.
Jon Krause had 2 pieces selected to appear.
Robin Williams repped by Joanie Bernstein, has 2 images in the American Illustration 26 book. Snow White & Arm Wrestle.
Shout has 2 illustrations selected.
One of Randal Grey's illustrations has been selected. It is a personal illustration of a cafeteria worker from his "White Bread: Perfect Wholesome People" Trading card series.
Anthony Foronda was a finalist and was chosen to be on the American Illustration
website for AI26 this year. One of the pieces was an editorial for Sonangol Universo
magazine and the other was a piece for a fish theme in a calendar for Corcoran
Printing designed by Hybrid Studios.
