Artist Message
I landed myself in the world of photography at the age of ten. When my dad let me use his brand new 35mm SLR Minolta. Since then I have had a camera in my hand. In 2003 I enrolled at Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia and studied commercial photography. Soon after I finished school, I spent a couple of years working full time for the internationally recognized photographer, Jim Fiscus. I did everything for Jim. I assisted on shoots, printed the portfolios, and managed his images. This gave me the chance to try it all and to really see how a professional photography business should operate. Jim taught me many important lessons but the one that stands out the most is to always have an outstanding team and to treat them with the utmost respect. With the skills and knowledge I had accumulated, I then began my own photography business and have shot for such clients as Cartoon Network, AT&T, Steele Plus, Primetime Race Group, and Retail Construction Magazine. In addition to taking pictures, I also specialize in digital retouching as well as teach printing and photoshop at Portfolio Center. |
