Artist Message
A graduate of the Graphic Design dept. at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, ('92). Einat has lived and worked for a few years in NYC. Her editorial illustration work has been published in noumerous Magazines and newspapers including The New Yorker magazine, the New York Times, Food and Wine, Yale Medicine Magazine,University of California, Hudson River Park Festival, and many others in the US and Israel. 2005-6 illustrated 'Always Hungry' a monthly food column by Pete Wells, for the American magazine Food and Wine. 2008 illustrated a weekly column by Nili Landsman for Signon/Maariv Newspaper. 2008 illustrated Manta Ray's (Tel Aviv) restaurant cookbook. Einat keeps sketchbooks full of drawings and doodles, creates surface designs, and has a big love for textiles, fashion, Nature and Animals. |
